National Schools Partnership to work on pioneering new education programme for the BFI

Posted on Wednesday, April 17th, 2013

We are delighted to announce that National Schools Partnership will be working with Film Nation, the new organisation chosen to deliver the BFI’s Film Education programme.  BFI are investing £26m over four years in the exciting and visionary initiative and we will be working alongside national and regional partners including Pearson, the National Union of Teachers, and LOVEFiLM.

This new programme will be available to every 5-19 year old in the UK and will enthuse a new generation in watching, making, and learning from film. The project will take place both in and outside of the classroom and aims to use film to support learning and curricula delivery in each nation as well as to truly inspire the film talent of the future. We are thrilled to be able to play a role in such an innovative and influential programme.
