National Schools Partnership are celebrating some exciting news – we won an award at the European Sponsorship Association’s Excellence Awards ceremony.
Our entry was for Birds Eye’s “The Great Food Journey” (peas). It won the best Business to Consumer (Low Budget) campaign beating some really strong competition from Lego and Standard Chartered among others.
The Great Food Journey is a pleasure to work on and the pea phase brought real benefits to both the brand and to children and schools. We distributed 500,000 seed packs to schools getting kids really excited about the journey of their food from field to fork.
After the campaign 97% of the parents we surveyed consistently agreed that it’s a good thing for Birds Eye to provide educational resources, and 85% of them said their children knew more about the pea growing process.
